| Local Projects  The Texas Home of Your Own Coalition has established local area HOYO projects. Local area projects work to identify resources and services required to provide a homeownership program in their community within the guidelines established by the Statewide Steering Committee. These resources and services include:
- Pre- and post-purchase homebuyer counseling and education
- Down payment and Closing Cost Assistance
- Funding for Accessibility Modifications and Barrier Removal
- Assistance with Budget Preparation and Credit Counseling
- Property Inspections
- Early Delinquency Notification
- Disability Support Services
- Working agreements between all organizations providing services for the local area.
